- Outer walls are constructed from 1.6 mm thick corrugated mild steel
- Outer roof is constructed from 2.0 mm thick corrugated mild steel
- Doors are primed and painted galvanized steel equipped with 10 point locking system and infilled with polyurethane-injected foam
- Single-glazed aluminium frame windows equipped with steel anti-vandal shutters which have an internal locking mechanism
- 19mm polystyrene Insulation to walls and ceiling, finished with a 12.5mm vinyl-coated plasterboard
- 2 part H section where all slabs meet, PVC skirting and architrave
- 18mm plywood on the floor with a wood effect lino
- Surface mounted electrics in PVC trunking which typically includes twin sockets, LED lights, an electric 2kw convection heater, fuse board and external socket
